Discovery zone daycare8/22/2023 ![]() She drove the streets of Old Town Keller each Sunday when she finished volunteering at Milestone Church, because she had a vision of a small white house and the location was perfect. She had been praying and searching for four years to expand her preschool. Green found our current location on January 14th, 2018 and she immediately knew it would be the location where Cub Club would finally sprout wings and cater to more families in our community. In her free time, she loves to travel, paint and to watch her favorite Netflix shows. In July of 2007, she married a wonderful man and they now have four beautiful children, Mya, Nylan, Marlee and Neyo. Over the years, she has licensed three different homes for child care and has had the pleasure of working with hundreds of Keller area families. She opened her first state licensed, in-home learning center in Watauga, Texas on January 5th, 2009. Her duties included being an Assistant Teacher in the Kindergarten class and a Lead Teacher in the School-aged class. ![]() Green worked at Faith Baptist Child Development Center in Denton, Texas. During her study at the University of North Texas, Mrs. She likes to volunteer with Meals on Wheels and in different Vacation Bible School programs. ![]() She has also worked as a Fitness Instructor and Birthday Party Host at Discovery Zone Inc., The Little Gym and Iasis Sports & Education Center. She loves educating and entertaining children and she has held numerous positions doing so. She was a ZUMBA Fitness instructor, a Cheer Coach for children 10 and under and she started her own Mommy & Me soccer class back in 2010. As a teenager, she volunteered at Cross Roads Ministries, a non-profit organization that helps underprivileged single parent families where she worked as a Tutor and Student Mentor. She has worked with children for over 16 years and has truly found her calling. Nidrah Green is a busy wife, mother and entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of North Texas and a Child Care Director License from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. ![]()
